Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I visited Ambalavayal Heritage Museum during my trip to Wayanad in December 2014. While it doesn't have anything spectacular per se, the decor is really good for a museum and is very spic and span. There were a couple of interesting artefacts and one can spend about 15-20 minutes browsing the place.
Worth a one-time visit.

It's on the way to Edakkal caves. It's so well maintained. It has preserved the local cultural history. From 1st floor balcony, you may get a small frame of nature, if I'll fog/ low clouds are there.

The museum situated Sultan Bathery displays tribal relics and artifacts. The museum has four sections housing items before 17th century mainly connected with tribal people. Worth spending time there.

This is a decent museum with many relics that are preserved well. But definitely not among the best of the relics museums available at other parts of India. Clean place and courteous staff. Parking available just outside the compound.

It’s a very small museum located near Sulthan Bathery town in Wayanad. It has some tribal relics of the Neolithic age. You can visit this if you have some spare time.
