What a disappointment so much grandeur for not much There needs to be a detailed synopsis about what these towers were for so people can get a sense of their relevence.

Just getting in to trip advisor so review number two....visited Mistley recently and the towers. Although an interesting story, limited things to see, but the local tea house round the corner holds a key so you can get inside which makes it a bit more...More

Great spot in Essex. Towers are a good attraction and the river stour is beautiful along here. Get your walking boots on and enjoy

A lovely walk from manningtree town high street along the river stour to mistley towers Beautiful vista across the stour and lots of bird wild life including the famous mistley Swans and views of ancient manningtree A lovely afternoon walk

This is a must if in and around Manningtree. This was originally a Adam church with only the towers left standing. Really interesting place in the middle of nowhere. Great place to look around and a nice little war memorial across the road.
