Great solo MTB mountain bike ride

I wanted to go on an exercise ride and not a sight seeing tour. Ride single track and trails I was not familiar with. AAV did not disappoint

I took lessons with AJ and Adam and was ecstatic to learn how to Kite Surf. On my last day I spent my time offshore with Adam in the boat - what a thrill! Thanks to the whole crew for making my vacation fantastic!

This week I took some windsurf lessons together with my sister at AAV. Best choice ever! Instructor Irene had all the patience in the world to make sure we'd get the best results. Besides that it was also just a lot of fun. Thanks to the whole crew for the nice vibe on the beach! Would definately book again with... More

If you want to enjoy Aruba, be active and get to know nice people, then you are right at Aruba Active Vacation. To see a different side of the island, book a bike-tour with Edith. This 2-hours-tour takes you to the Alto Visto Chapel and the Lighthouse. The tour is suitable for every level, as it is easily addaptable according... More

I had a fantastic time! I can't say enough wonderful things about Aruba Active Vacations. The management was unbelievable. I worked with Alex Buss and he made me feel right at home. He was incredibly helpful in preparing me for my lessons and making sure I would have the right instructors for my skill level. He got me so excited... More

Last week I joined the beginners group for windsurfing lessons. Irene gave us the instruction. 3 days with 1 hour lesson and 1 hour free surfing. Good instruction, very pleasant ambiance! Also the kitesurf lesson given by Arjen is recommended! It is a pleasure to spend some time at this spot!

Been to Aruba numerous occasions and every time I visit the island while on a cruise I find something fun to do, this time I opted for a return to “Land Sailing”. Contact through email was very simple and I was sent very accurate bus instructions. I arrived at the Blue huts(on the beach) and lucked out by having “Remco”... More

I took my first lessons next store at Armandos. Do not go there. They are not organized, there equipment is not as good as active vaca and their instructors are not certified. AAV is great. great teacher, great gear great service - they also have several rescue boats instead of one like the next door place.

Being that Aruba is one of the best wind surfing destinations, my boyfriend and I were really excited to take lessons through Jaya. The day we took our lessons, it was quite windy (seemed like ideal conditions) and starting to rain a bit. Prior to starting our lesson, we asked the instructor if the rain would be an issue, to... This is by far the best group that we have encountered! We looked all around and Alex hooked us up with a week rental for our whole family for snorkel gear. He then even let us use a life vest as well for the less than confident swimmer in the group. We ended up spending Christmas Day with wind surfing... More
