If you are a fan of Father Ted and are in the area this is a must. It’s a bit of the beacon track but well worth it.

“That would be an ecumenical matter” Made my day getting to see fr teds house. Worth seeing and you can book in for tea but I didn’t no that and will defo book in for tea the next time I’m down in Clare.

The roads are very windy to get to father teds house so make sure you take care with speed and passing cars coming in the other direction. You really don’t need to spend much time here other than taking a quick photo of the house...More
