One of the most beautiful and well maintained monastery in Moldavia. Is clean and nice and quiet, located in a picturesque area, is a must see in all touristic circuits of monasteries.

It's a beautifully preserved monastery and superb gardens. It's maintained by orthodox nuns, and houses a museum of famouse Romanian painter and poets. It is well organized and ntetsting to visit. In the summer I guess there is more activity and small shops around .
