Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Lessons and Social Paddle Events on the Basingstoke Canal launching from Odiham or Winchfield launch sites. We also offer click and collect SUP Hire from our location in Basingstoke, to allow you to practice and try before you buy. Hiring periods range from a half day to full holiday hire, or contact us to customise your own adventure. Take our boards on the local Basingstoke Canal for a self-guided tour, or further afield to the coast or one of the many other available waterways in the UK and abroad.

Lovely calm Autumn day and great to be back on the water. Michelle was as helpful as always which I needed after a gap. Canal and the flashes were very pretty with plenty of wildlife around. Would highly recommend paddle boarding and Michelle's tuition and company

Really good trip out on the Thames and up the Kennet and Avon canal. Well organised outing and friendly instruction, with a few mildly challenging features to improve your skills. Would highly recommend a trip with PaddleSup. A highlight was spotting an Otter in the river!

Michelle was a fantastic coach who really put me at ease from the moment we started. Instruction and coaching was excellent throughout and I had started this session thinking I was never going to be able to stand up … I did first time! Only coming a cropper to a willow tree who caught me unawares! It was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and I’m already thinking about doing an improvers course with Michelle. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Highly recommend the group session. We learned how to safely SUP and had fun. Thanks for the good session we were able to stand up and turn around as well as learning how to self rescue.

Michelle is a great instructor. She gives clear guidance and good advice regarding equipment and improving your technique. She’s very friendly, good fun and makes the experience enjoyable. I’ll be looking to book on more sessions.

My partner booked us a Paddle Boarding lesson for my birthday. I was really keen to go - my partner - not so much but she came along with me anyway. Well. What a truly amazing experience. Right from the get-go Michelle was friendly and put us all at ease. She explained some of the equipment and theory before letting us on the water - so by the time we got on the board we already felt it was a task we could all achieve. With great teaching and encouragement from Michelle - we all got on the water and in no time were up on our feet! There may have been a couple of fall ins - (mainly due to a little bit of showing off! - oops!!) - Michelle taught us all how to 'self rescue' - so even entering the water with a splash became part of the learning experience. 2 hours fully enjoyed by myself AND my partner and we are already looking forward to our next PaddleBoarding experience. Don't let a few nerves put you off - it's a great experience! Go for it :)

It was my first time on a Paddleboard and I can honestly say I had a blast! Thank you to Michelle who's experience, knowledge and patience made my session one I could enjoy. The location is scenic and peaceful which allowed me time to unwind and enjoy this new experience. Michelle gave me the confidence and I was standing on my board in no time which felt like an accomplishment considering the nerves I had before, which dissipated in the company of Michelle. I look forward to going back and also paddle boarding with friends

Easy to book and good communication. Very friendly on arrival . As I had never done this before I was out at ease from the start and told everything I needed to know before putting into practice . Had a great first lesson on a wonderful stretch of the canal . Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to give this ago .
