Sadly didn't respond to emails or phone calls. Groupon customer service to honour voucher. Poor customer service.

Brilliant hour for our family for a big birthday treat. Kids enjoyed it too searching for clues and butterflies. Suitable for children over 4 I would say but the older they are the more they can interact.

We had a great time together. Just missed getting out by one minute! So much fun and very reasonable prices. I would definitely go back.

This was a birthday present from my son and family who know I am a zombie freak. I took one of my daughters so there were just two of us. We had such a laugh and I expect the staff did too looking at us like we were devoid of any brains 🧠. We did not escape but we are looking forward to going back to see if we can do it next time. It was out first time and the guy who showed us in was great. I thoroughly recommend it. It takes a lot of thought and is not as easy as you think especially with just two people. Give it a go, I doubt you will be disappointed 😊 thanks for a great time.

Recently had the opportunity to play Wizard Escape as a team of 3 experienced keen escape room enthusiasts. We received a warm welcome from our host and were thoroughly entertained by Penny the Dalmatian. The room was a great room and had plenty of lovely puzzles to keep us occupied. There was a good theme and decor, though there could have been a stronger storyline and the room perhaps was over reliant on padlocks. Compared to other rooms played, the decor was good but not stunning. Overall the room was great value for money being cheaper than most rooms I've played and is certainly worth a visit. It would be perfect for younger and inexperienced players.

We had a fantastic time at Escape Blackwood today and loved the Wizard Room.
Online booking was easy and we thought it was an excellent price, especially for a group of only two of us. After a straightforward journey we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a cuddle with Penny the puppy while watching the introductory video. Then straight into the room.
We have done lots of escape rooms and really enjoyed this one. It was challenging and made us think but not too difficult. We did manage to accidentally skip a section of puzzles and escaped by sheer fluke but we were taken back in after to see what we’d missed.
We look forward to coming back to try another room soon.

My first experience of and escape room and it was great. Came with my grandchildren age 9,13 and 17. Thought the Wizard room amy be a bit disapponting for the teenagers but we all enjoyed it. It was much harder than I expected but we managed to escape with 29 seconds to spare. The clues were excellent and we all worked together as a team. A very enjoyable hour. Zombie room next!

Four friends, from 35- 56yoa..
We all had a really great time doing one of the escapes here..
Having done one before in a uk city, we were expecting this too be same as ..how wrong can we be..
Well worth going..
We will be planning to return again to escape another room.here..

It was ok, I found that there were very few puzzles except combination locks
I was a little disappointed not terrible but not been to better
It felt cheap and whilst it was enjoyable with friends I have been to a number of other better rooms

Ordered a Groupon voucher for this - definitely worth it! Firstly, the owners are so kind and welcoming. We did the murder mystery room and it was very very fun! We got out with 10 seconds to spare, thankfully! So many puzzles and clues and also red herrings to keep you guessing. The moment you think you've cracked it, another thing flies at you.
Would definitely go back when they've built the 2 new rooms they are doing. Fantastic!
