The ruins of this historic jail on Anguilla's highest point -- 213 ft above sea level. The building itself is not spectacular in any way, but the views are.

Very interesting site. Broken glass bottles imbedded on top of wall to keep prisoners in????? Not a lot of historical sights on Anguilla remain. A building with a history.

If you have a rental car this is worth checking out. The ruins are a piece of the islands history and going there will reward you with a great view as well.

Although the highlight of this tiny island are the beaches and the quiet countryside like atmosphere, if one is interested in history or wants a take a break from the beach this site is worth a quick look. Site is foresaken with nothing else around,...More

Very little remains of the old Prison ruins. The view out of over Crocus Bay is worth seeing, but if you turn around you get a great view of the water tanks !

the old prison was totally blown away by hurricane Janet, with only the basement cells still left behind but only about 5 foot high so watch your head, but now very overgrown, and if it was not for the view at the top would not...More
