Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a must for cruisers into Oranjestad--it's a short walk from the cruise terminal and lovely oasis in the center of a busy town. Queen Wilhemina's likeness beckons, and as you near, you may pass families picnicking in the grass, iguanas munching on lettuce fed by the park's staff and foliage that reminds you you're in the Caribbean. Check out the statue of Anne Frank that adds an extra level of sweetness to this special park.- Musing About Cruising

This wonderfully manicured park is home to several interesting things to see, including the statue of Wilhelmina of Holland, as well as a large population of Aruba's signature iguanas who hide in the nearby bushes. While not a tourist spot per se, it is a nice opportunity to appreciate Aruba's connection with Holland. Enjoy

Look for the giant iguanas, the chameleons, the touching stature of Anne Frank, and--of course--Queen Wilhelina herself.

Our favorite island paradise ~ Aruba. Whenever we are in Aruba we always visit Wilhelmia Park. There is a Palm tree in the park that I have my husband photograph so we can see how it has grown over the years. We also enjoy all the Iguanas that are by the waterway there.

This park is located adjacent to the Cruise Port in Oranjestad. My family and I walked through, mainly for a picture with the "I Love Aruba" sign. It was well kept with a great shot of the sign, so it was worth it for us. especially, on a beautiful day, I would make Wilhelmina Park a must see while in Oranjestad.

This is a pleasant, clean and well-maintained park located off Lloyd G Smith Blvd which is where many cruise ship passengers walk to do some shopping and sightseeing. It’s next to the Renaissance Hotel and down the street from the expensive Renaissance Mall.
On a hot day, it was nice to sit in the shade, admire the various palm trees and watch the iguanas. There are two statues, one of their queen and one of Anne Frank.

Q W P is a very quaint city park right on the water. Queen Wilhelmina is remembered right in the middle with a lovely statue. You will also find a very moving memorial statue of Anne Frank, hands bound a gazing skyward. The park is tree filled, grassy and scattered with iguanas. Its a great place to sit and relax.

There is a statue of Queen Wilhelmina here. She was Queen of the Netherlands from 1890 to 1948. The people of Aruba respected her according to the inscription on the statue base.

The statue of Queen Wilhelmina is magnificent. A few feet away is a statue dedicated to Anne Frank. It depicts a little girl looking skyward with her wrists bound. It was dedicated in 2011 and symbolizes tolerance of all religions, colors and creeds.
