Let me start by saying that it is nothing like the California lighthouse because it was torn down and replaced by what others have posted (pictures). There is plenty of parking but no restroom facilities anywhere around. Wear boots or tennis shoes and walk down...More

We found this place by accident. While exploring the abandoned largo village, we saw the road that seemed to go no where. After following it in our little rental car, we found this location. It has pretty views but really after seeing so much desert,...More

I am a bit of a lighthouse fan and this a bit of an unexpected gem. I enjoyed the experience. And it is very beautiful. If you can make time, go see it, you will not be disappointed.

Drove there because we heard you could be awesome photos of the beaches in the area and the waves on the rocky shore. It did not disappoint. Wear shoes with thick soles because of the weather exposed rocks. Lots of differ shots depending on what...More

Lighthouse, restaurant and beach. Nothing special here. Nice view and interesting history. Part of most tourist tours. Goes to the class "been there done that".

I highly recommend you take a drive and visit this location. From there you can take a drive down by the water on the north shore where you will find some dried Dividivi trees and take wonderful pictures of the sea.

A picturesque stop on the Aruba bus tour with a beautiful restaurant on the same site. There are pay restrooms at the restaurant and a bar open to the bus tour visitors. This is a great shop with beautiful panoramic ocean views.

Very little information available on the history of the lighthouse. Why no guides on site to help those interested in history. Come on Aruba step it up

We got up here strictly by accident. No signs, just following a road that led up. You pass the most wonderful tribute to island pets you will ever see-an animal graveyard-Hotel concierge told us that only people who really cared buried their pets her-upon arrival...More

You can’t visit Aruba without visiting the California lighthouse. Did you know you can see Venezuela from up there? Only on a clear day or night though. And you also get an amazing view of Aruba downtown area. Anyway, it’s a must see on your...More

There are these buses that takes you from the main station to all the beaches. The closest one I believe is Nord but it's a pretty nice distance. I second Kevin's renting a Jeep . Two days with a rental would give you time... More
