Where All the Shops Are

Casual to elegant shopping on Front St. and up each street. My husband bought some great America's Cup gear.

The best thing on Front Street is a gallery of African art. It has many museum quality pieces. Otherwise, the street is a bust.

Visiting Hamilton, you have to expect to spend some cash. This street was awesome for shopping and buying souvenirs. Very cool experience.

Lots of shops, great place for people-watching. We stopped here and walked around while waiting for our ferry back to Royal Naval Dockyard. Great place to find souvenirs!

This was our first visit to Bermuda. We travelled across the bay to Hamilton after perusing the Royal Naval Dockyard shops; we ventured on the ferry to capitol city of the island. Front Street greets you as you disembark; for the most part, the stores are on one side and the bay on the other. Much of the historic past... More

Front Street is where all the shops are. If you are looking for a gift to take back home, this is the place to visit. You'll find Goslings Wine and Spirit shop, English Sports Shop, A.S. Coopers, cigar shops, restaurants you name it and its a safe street. In the summer time they have Harbour Nights with live music and... More

My friend and I visited Bermuda in April and I must say it was the best vacation! If you are thinking of visiting Bermuda, but are worried about safety travelling alone or just a few women - put your worries to rest. We traveled all over the island and not once did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe! I kid you... More

Scenic waterway walk of downtown Hamilton. The shops are closed on Sunday, the remaining days they are open from 9:00 - 5:00. The restaurants remain open through normal dinning hours. You can see everything within a 4 hour walk. Great way to the best experience the friendly community...

There are a number of quaint shops and very nice restaurants. They have a wide variety of pricing from lower end tourist shopping to evening gowns. The restaurants are plenty with a variety of cuisines.

With shops on one side of the street and the harborfront on the other, this is a pleasant place to stroll. Many of the shops offer standard over-priced souvenir fare, but it is possible to find interesting clothes and high-quality offerings such as jewelry and vintage wines. There are also many restaurants and bars scattered amongst the stores, some offering... More
