If you're traveling to Bermuda for the first time.... to me, this is the NYC shopping district in Bermuda. A little bit of everything from affordable to luxurious.

Bermuda has long been a place that punches well above its weight in the world's consciousness. Front Street is a fine example of why -- you find yourself marveling at how they managed to set so many top-quality retail and restaurant options into such a...More

Our taxi driver dropped us at one end of Front Street and we spent about an hour walking along the street and towards the ferry terminal while doing some window shopping and souvenir buying. Nothing must see, but some nice stores, as well as the...More

There's a street party on Wednesdays in the summer. Expect it to be crowded with lots a people watching. There is a drumming group that draws a lot of attention, with great rhythm and colorful costumes. Food tents are a little sparse, so go for...More

We didn't get a chance to stop, but we drove through Hamilton and Front Street looks absolutely charming. I will definitely stop the next time I'm in Bermuda.

Basically a street party as Front Street is open only to pedestrian traffic. Foods, jewelry, crafts, art, and the Jumbay dancers and drummers. An experience not to be missed! Fun stuff for kids of all ages too.

Had a wonderful time with shopping and eating. Even had good sales in a number of the stores. Got the t-shirts, jewelry and perfume.

The stores have changed over the years, but the quality and service are still present. Shop keepers will gladly help you select items with a sincere smile.

We cam to Front Street for Harbour Night so it was a little crowded, but we were still able to catch the appeal of what it had to offer. It was definitely a sight you should see in Bermuda because it is the island's capital...More

You have to visit Front Street at least once when you come to Bermuda. There are shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars/pubs throughout.

Hello, The only hotel that I know of that is close to Front street of that height would be the Hamilton Princess which opened in 1885 and has its own marina. We stayed at the hotel twice in the past year and it is a beauty.

We were there in April last year. It was lovely but chilly at night. Layers, bring lots of layers. We swam on the warmer days. The water was so beautiful we could not resist. It was not too cold. There were warmer days and... More
