Beautiful Beach

Beautiful Beach close to Cruise Port. Lots of Turtle tours on the cheap. We chose to soak up the sun and frolic on the beach.

The beach is incredible; I could sit and listen to the sound of the waves for hours. Very clean and a lot of food, beverages, nearby as well boat tours and other water activities.

Large white sand beach with beautiful clear, turquoise water that was not overcrowded. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent ($10 I believe)

Spent the last day of our month long cruise on this beach, what a great relaxing way to spend it. White sands, blue sea and a bar to get out drinks...heaven.... if you have chance to visit do so. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A chance to swim with turtles as well.

Carlisle beach is for me the best beach on the island. There is always a spot with sunbeds and an umbrella for a nominal fee and the water is beautiful crystal clear turquoise. The sand is powdery white which means it does not get hot under the blazing sun and is very comfortable to walk on barefoot. There are countless... More

I live close to this beach, and I think out of all the beach on the island this stretch is the best! The water is so clear and calm. There are lots of areas for snorkeling with the turtles and there are a few bars/restaurants where you can lounge the whole day

Nice bay, but very cluttered. This could be a great bay if it wasn't for three things: 1. With the Barbados Yacht Club located on the south side of the bay, there are always too many sailboats which give it more of a harbor feel. 2. There are constantly cargo/container ships parked just of the coast. These ships sometimes stay... More

The boatyard was great value! You pay a certain amount which you could use on food and drink and you get beds and have entertainment and can go swimming the turtles.

This beautiful sandy beach is located alongside Barbados' capital, Bridgetown. The water is beautiful and clear, with fish, coral and plenty of green turtles. It's a nice spot for snorkelling from the beach, although be cautious of boats as lots of companies bring boats here for snorkelling trips.
