Goto lake is a real sight! Both from the overviewing parking spot as from the road, you'll find flamingos in abundance here. The place is within the interior of the island though, and in the right season (rain season), this place gets infested with mosquitos...More

You can't get "close and personal" but the view is gorgeous!! Saw many flamingos in the water. Note: The yellow rocks are your "cones". Can't go past the yellow rocks. We didn't know this and got called out by the ranger. You take pics from...More

The drive around this area was well worth the time. If you follow the tourist road north to the end you come to an intersection. Right goes to Rincon, left goes towards to oil docks. Just prior to reaching the oil docks you'll be directed...More

We love driving over to Lake Goto...once you crest the hill and see the lake in the distance, it's so amazing. And the flamingos are so great to see.

Unlike the flamingo reserve where the flamingos were so far away from us. At Lake Gotomeer they were so close to us as we sat in our golf cart and watched them.

If you have the chance we would strongly recommend you to ask before the tour some local contact if depending on the season they know if most of flamingos are in south or north. This lake is visited mostly for its flamingos colonies so it`s...More

Lake Goto is large and perfect for flamingos to recuperate. The lake is nice to visit. The roads around the lake are very interesting to drive on. There are a few spots with breathtaking views. It is worth a visit.
