Really enjoyed seeing the Cuban art. Did not have enough time to enjoy it thoroughly because I was on a tight schedule. Extremely nice modern building, very close to Parque Central Hotel. A must see destination.

Had a choice of several museums including the museum of revolution across the street but glad I chose this. I did a guided tour which emphasized the modern art and the guide pointed out the influences from other world art movements such as Picasso's cubism...More

The gallery takes about 2 hours to walk through and has an eclectic collection. The cafe is average but the art makes the visit worthwhile.

Beautiful building with plenty of art to spend an afternoon strolling through the gallery. Many attendants to show you the way. An inexpensive activity to cool off on a hot Havana day.

For art lovers, this museum has much to offer. We visited the Cuban collection which went from Spanish colonial to modern (approximately 500+ years). It is a well laid museum on several floors with ramps that make it very accessible. I was not familiar with...More

The artists tell their own personal stories. What an amazing experience to see the history of Cuba through their work and perspectives.. Not to be missed.

We visited this museum with an English speaking, Cuban national, guide. It is a beautiful collection and the history of art in Cuba was fascinating. This was actually a highlight for me in Havana sites, just for some history and perspective of the Cuban culture.

All signs were in Spanish. There are no English signs. Not sure how to take the busy but cabs are very affordable (how I got there, and walking).
