Great place to see and hear about the Revolution. No matter what your political views are, this is the place to go to see where much of it happened

Definitely the neighborhood with more bourgeois and at the same time romantic atmosphere. Miramar would be the most elitist. The short-term (or medium) problem will be that of gentrification.

Don't forget to turn around... it's a classic car show! The building itself is historical and significant, but the car show is the real draw here.

This is the place where you have to stay in Havana. There are very nice houses, cheap prices to stay: 50 CUC/night plus breakfast 5 CUC.

transfer yourself into another time, get on an extended walk through Vedado and discover strange views, real cuban life. It is not presented to you but you have to develop some curiosity when wandering and looking around. Far better than the quarters around the port...More

It is the district where you can find cinemas, hotels and old houses. Far from being under the process of restoration of Old Havana, this can give you a real image of how cuban students have fun or grab a pizza to eat. Strolling around...More
