It wasn’t baseball season while we were visiting Havana, but seeing the baseball stadium was still on my list. You couldn’t go in and tour it, which I would have enjoyed, but we were able to see the outside. People gather in the park-like area...More

Great game and the people there really love baseball. We went to a regular game (off season). People are very friendly and it was a good game. The facilities need updating and more lighting outside. There are not many taxis waiting outside the stadium so...More

We went as a group to see the Havana Industriales play Las Tunas. Once you get there on gameday, outside the stadium there's a super crowd of people selling all things imaginable, balloons, peanut things, snacks, hats etc. It's kind of a fun adventure to...More

Estadio Latinoamericano or Latin American Stadium is located in Havana Cuba. It is home to the Industriales and seats 55,000 fans. The enthusiasm of the fans is similar to that of soccer fans in other countries. The scheduled game time was just a suggestion. It...More

Attending an Industriales Baseball Game at Estadio Latinamericano in Havana is always a great experience. The crowd is loud and enthusiastic, and the baseball is excellent. Do not expect the amenities of an MLB ballpark; but do expect to have an excellent Cuban Beisbol experience.

I've been to several games in this stadium, the first one was a playoff game between Havana Industriales and their arch enemy Santiago de Cuba. I have been recently and still find it a wonderful experience. Cheap and safe but bring your own peanuts, there...More

We were on a guided tour of Cienfuegos when our bus drove passed the stadium. Our guide told us that Fidel Castro renamed the stadium to the 'Estadio Latinoamericano' (Latin American Stadium) though locally it is known as Gran stadium. The playing surface and lighting...More

We enjoyed our late-February evening at game of Industriales vs Pinar del Rio; stadium is dirty but plenty of seats, both boxseats and bleachers. Lots of noise and horns, get ready. Field is not great, patchy, too bad for players. Sound system scratchy, and lineups...More
