Our guidebook described this plaza as "Camaguey's most picturesque and beautifully preserved corner." We tried to view it with that perspective in mind. Couldn't do it. We didn't go in the church. Perhaps that's more interesting.

This church has fabulous stained glass windows and a very friendly Pastor. He explained the history and relevance of the church and invited us all in to take photos and spend some time in refection
