We were very lucky to be taken to a ballet performance here. Town has one of the two top ballet companies in Cuba. It was an excellent production, made even more special in this grand old classic opera building.

We went to the theatre to see a ballet. The play was in Spanish and our Spanish is very limited. We didn't get much of the words but the dancing was spectacular. We were so impressed that we went back to the same ballet, three...More

Teatro Principal is old, decaying and absolutely fantastic. It reeks of history and is home to one of the finest ballet companies in the world.

Did not expect to experience a really good ballet (Don Quichote) in Cuba, but the performance was amazing.
