Nice place to get a feel for the island's history. Do not expect a super large museum, but it covers all the basics.

Located downtown Roseau across from cruise ship dock. Fun to browse and read up on local details, native cultural items and history of French, British, slavery, and independence. Small fee to enter ($3). Worth it.

Disappointed to find it shut. A few information boards, but surely there's a market for this place given the number of visitors.
