Great for educational purposes. When we went there were not many people and you could browse without being pushed or distracted. Very nice and well kept inside.

Interesting. Take your camera. You need someone with you like a guide to tell you the history of this Cathedral. Very beautiful inside.

We were first hesitant to visit because of the line, but very gald we did. The cost of an admission ticket is very reasonable. It does cost extra to get the audio-tour which we highly recommend. The cathedral is gorgeous as well as historic.

If you are visiting the Dominican Republic take some time and tour the Catedral Primada de America, the first Catedral of the new world. Built around 1511. I highly recommend hiring a tour person to get the most out of your visit.

It is a beautiful site. Tickets are cheap plus they have the audio integrated systems which is a plus. Takes like 20 min. To have it all done, worth the walk and historic knolwedge.

Yes this the first Catholic Church in all America, founded in 1512. It's very impressive and interesting, should be in better condition but our government dont take care of our most valuable and historical resources.
