I am sure they will pick you up from blue bays, the hotel I stayed at is very nearby. I am not sure of the water levels

Greetings It's about 3 hours from Puerto Plata. It is kind of a pain commute but they had 15 days of straight rain and the river is GREAT. Worth the time
