Town squares are always great places to people watch and soak up local culture. Love the old buildings, so colorful and the different styles of architecture. The Cathedral is also worth a peek inside.

This place was nice place to visit and enjoy some Dominician culture. There were a few shops around. However, the souvenir shops around there are super expensive. Items were much cheaper at the markets and the hotel, more than half the price.

Located in the Square with Cathedral San Felipe it's a few steps to Victorian Times. This is by far one of the most popular selfie spots in the DR.

Nice to see the old buildings in the centre of Puerto Plata. Church is also worth a quick visit. Good time to see the local culture and variation in wealth and buildings.

The city square will be very nice once finished with the roads into the square. A great meeting place and for festivals.
