BEWARE - We were booked for Soana Island for a group of 9 for September 22 2022. The trip was canceled due to whether and as of today Francis has continued to make excuses and ignore me for my refund. We also used him for airport transportation and he never showed causing us to have to find another driver before missing our flight. We have received no refund for that as well. If you want a organized trustworthy company this is NOT IT.

Since day one when I booked my transportation to Hilton Laromana, we were treated more than a VIP , the easy process of making the reservation was seem less and easy. The follow up from Francis was amazing.
Cars back and forth were in a great condition, drivers were such amazing and offered us a cold drink once entered the car.
Thank you Francis for your hospitality! We will keep booking with you.

Hands down the absolute BEST transfer company we have ever had! That’s saying alot since we’ve been coming to DR since 2011!

Francis and his crew know how to do luxury transfers right!
On time, courteous and very friendly drivers. Being some of the first individuals you encounter in their country, beside the airport staff, they act as ambassadors to the Dominican Republic and make you feel very welcomed. From their extremely clean SUVs to the ice cold beverages, you cannot go wrong with Francis Luxury Transfer for all your transportation needs in the Dominican Republic. Ask Francis about some of the excursions he offers as well!!!

Francis treated us like family! We used his airport transportation in 2016 when we vacationed with our girls. When the 2020 lockdown happened and DR was closed, he sent a message making sure my family was safe and healthy. When we returned in 2021 with another couple for an Anniversary Trip we used his airport services, as usual the driver was waiting for us with a smile, a sign with our names and cold beers. His vehicles are always flawless and clean. This trip we used his services for two excursions; dune buggies with chocolate tasting/waterfall cenote, and local Taino village experience and a deep sea fishing charter. I research travel/excursion prices for a living and Francis hands down has the lowest prices anywhere. He picked up our husbands personally for their fishing trip and took us shopping while they fished. When he took us to pick up our husbands, he treated all of us to an authentic Dominican lunch! Francis is awesome and I recommend his services to anyone that travels to the DR. Thank you for amazing service and making us feel like family. See you when we return!

We are so grateful we booked our private transfers with Francis Mendez! Came out of airport terminal and right away saw our driver holding a sign with our name on it. Got into the beautiful S.U.V and enjoyed the nice cold beer provided with our friends on way to hotel . Beat the crowds of buses by quite a bit and were all checked in before they even arrived ! Then yesterday we took a private transfer saona island excursion and Francis himself showed up , again in a beautiful black S.U.V … made us feel like royalty! Francis explained much of the Dominican culture to us on the way and made the trip fly by . When we arrived he made sure we knew where we were going and talked to a man in charge to make sure we were well taken care of . When we got back from excursion Francis was there and his vehicle was easy to pick out of the crowd … he even made a stop on the way to get my husband some cold beer … Canadian medicine as he called it ;)! I would not hesitate to recommend Francis and his services to friends and family .. we have loved our trip to Dominican and his services have been the icing on the cake 🎂!

Francis service is excellent, He picked my family and me for transportation fron Santo Domingo to Punta Cana and returned us to SD 6 days after, I recommened friends and they were so Happy with his service, I recommend him to anybody, He coordinate vacations if you need it to.

We found Frances Luxury on Facebook and decided to try. Picked us at the airport and arranged our 2 excursions. Very professional and friendly. We would refer him and use this service on our next trip out here.

We booked a Catamaran tour through Francis and he really came through with what we were looking for! Fun catamaran trip to a private beach, with lunch, speed boat back with 2 stops on the way for swimming and snorkeling! It was everything he promised!
