- JACKSONJE8Epsom, United Kingdom134 contributionsGreat experience swimming and jumping at Concord FallsReally enjoyed our trip to Concord Falls. We had hired a car and it took us about 50 minutes to drive from the Royalton near the airport. Not the easiest of drives particularly during last steep bit but you need to hold your nerve and keep going as there is a lot of parking available near the falls. Once you are at the parking lot the falls are right there, we paid $2 for a family of 4 to enter. There were hardly any people there and we could swim and jump into the falls from the bridge which was a fantastic experience. There were facilities to get changed afterwards in the shop which was great. Overall definitely recommended and would suggest going early and late and having a chance to have the place to yourselves.Visited December 2023Travelled with familyWritten 13 January 2024
- 936happySurrey, United Kingdom133 contributionsStunning waterfalls and great bar/shopWe carefully timed our visit for after the cruise ship tours had left, and we had the place to ourselves. Very well organised with a large car park, good changing rooms and toilets, and plenty of souvenirs on offer. The waterfalls are stunning (could have stayed in the pool below all day), and we had a wonderful time afterwards having a cocktail in the small bar above, chatting to Nigel, who was so lovely. A blissful afternoon.Visited February 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 19 February 2024
- JulesbSouthLondonCoulsdon, United Kingdom270 contributionsBeautiful falls and very unspoiltThe falls were beautiful. We turned up at 9:30 and were the only people there which was nice. We only saw the first waterfall due to time but would love to return in the future and see all 3 falls. - arp79New Albany, Indiana59 contributionsRefreshing Dip and a beautiful siteWhile I personally am not a dare devil, that did not stop some of my family members from jumping off the side into the water. This was a very refreshing way to end the day. Heads up the water is freezing. But with the Grenadian heat, the cool water is so worth it. There are bathroom and changing room facilities on site. HUGE WIN! The stairs down to the bottom are steep and slippery so be wary when traveling down. The staff onsite are very aware and make sure you are aware that if you can not swim not to go into the water. The concern of safety is very apparent and appreciated. There is a small gift shop and bar onsite. Bring cash as they are unable to take card.Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 30 July 2024

You will need a guide to visit the second and third waterfalls as its is not an obvious path. Wear sturdy shoes but also somthing that can get wet such as sandels as you will cross a few rivers. The waterfall is beautiful and you can even swim in the pool. We had guide called Sandy and he was very informative and chatty and even taught us about spice and fruit trees along the way.

We visited Concord Falls on our recent holiday in Grenada on a day trip with a guide. The falls are quite easy to access down some steps and it was lovely to swim in the water but be warned the water is deep if you are not a good swimmer. We stayed about 45 mins, we didn’t stay to shop as we were upset and disturbed to see two monkeys in a small cage outside the main gift shop. We made our feelings known to the owner of the shop - please do the same if you feel animals caged like this is unacceptable. Keep wildlife in the wild. Aside from this, worth visiting the Falls on a tour.

Not worth the drive on its own but if you're touring the island its a nice stop off - though the road is narrow so you need to be a confident driver. We arrived late in the day so it was quiet, but there is a decent sized car park at the top, which seems unlikely to be the case as you drive up! We enjoyed watching the cliff jumpers. When we were there there were 2 guys, the jumped fairly traditionally, which is still impressive from that height, but the 2nd did somersaults etc which was really impressive - worth videoing. As others have said you are then expected to tip. Also, as others have said ,there's a caged monkey which it's very sad to see so please don't encourage this practice - they should be in the wild.

Nice waterfall to stop at as part of an island tour. Was really impressive to see locals jumping off it. A couple of monkeys in a cage there too. Modest fee to enter. It was reasonably busy with tourists and gift shops. However, less busy than Annadale waterfall (out of the two we prefered concorde)

You can drive right up to this waterfall and then just descent a few stairs to swim. We got a guide to take us to the next fall which I highly recommend. It’s a beautiful walk - a few river crossings over rocks. I was hoping not to need a guide, but realized quickly why it was necessary. The guide was nice.

Great little spot! We arrived shortly after they had closed for the day. But, the gentleman was kind enough to let us in! We were glad that he did. A simple, but beautiful waterfall. The water was the perfect temperature to go for a swim. I wish we had the time!

We visited the falls along with Jouvay Chocolate (separate review). Steps and a path through the gift shop required to see the falls. It is picturesque, not amazing. A man offered to jump (for tips). Also offered drugs to sell if interested (sigh).
Not a memorable excursion, except the caged monkeys, which I found unpleasant.
