This is a superb garden visit! The exhilarating collection of plants is well presented & labeled. They have a useful little may of the garden - albeit that it needs frequent orientation! The girl head gardener is knowledgeable and generous with the information. The son...More

Went here as part of a tour from our cruise ship. Short journey from the port steadily climbing on steepish roads brings you to this delightful garden. Sadly the owners are now elderly and unable to show visitors around however their son more than makes...More

We went on a tour of two gardens, Sunnyside and Smithy's. It was an interesting tour, although our guide was massively overweight and wasn't that knowledgeable on all the plants and flowers.

We went on a Saturday morning after the Tourist Information office phoned for us to make sure that the garden was open. It was well worth the visit and it was one of our favourite Caribbean gardens we visited.

A short bus ride from St George (you get off the bus just across from the hospital). A nice assortment of fruit trees, flowering plants on a hill where you can see the Carribean in the distance.

I took a chance turning up at these lovely gardens without being able to get hold of the owner first to book a tour. Despite this and even though it was Easter weekend, I was allowed to wander around with a helpful leaflet/map. As a...More

We felt Sunnyside Garden was way beyond what we expected from any Caribbean island tour. The atmosphere is amazing, the gardens and plantings incredibly beautiful, and you are made to feel as if you are a treasured old friend of the family. Virtually every plant...More
