I am very sorry you had this experience with our driver, which is by no means the norm of Travel Around Jamaica Tours. We believe that when you spend your money with us, in return you should receive a first class, professional service with fair rates. Firstly, to explain - highlight tours are usually $50 per hour which would make 10 am to 4 pm, 6 hours totaling $300. We did in fact minus the 1 hour the driver was waiting, so now it would be a rate of $250. When your flight changed to 12:30 pm, would now make it 3.5 hours totaling $175. I had already given you a rate of $160 which was lower than the marketed rate, hence why I did not change the rates at that time.
The driver's attitude which you have stated is by no means acceptable and we have spoken to him and reminded him of our customer service policies and attitudes. Again our apologies.
When you were dropped off at 2pm at your request, we did not hear from you again until this review. We are by no means scammers, we did not scam you or anyone else, ever. In light of you being dropped off at 2 pm, we are willing to give you a 50% refund.
