Our transportation to and from our hotel was horrible. Coming to our hotel from the airport we had to wait for almost 20 minutes before our bus arrived. Returning to the airport our bus picked us up one hour late and the driver asked us to " don't forget tip the driver". The nerve! There was a lot of the kind of begging for tips through-out on trip.The jerk chicken cart guy on our resort, one waiter at the blue mountain restaurant and every person that we encounter on our excursions (horseback rider, rafting and even the guy on the make shift zipline) all asked for tips. That to me was sooo annoying. I gave out about $100.00 worth of tips, because they really beg so much. They really don't give you the opportunity to give a tip on your own, and these were actual employees all men.

Thank you for taking the time out to write a review but are you sure that you are reviewing the right company? Our guests do not have to wait for more than 5 minutes until the vehicle comes from the parking area. In a matter of fact, we even have someone to meet you on arrival at the airport so you are assured that your driver is there. We provide private transfers and we're always waiting for you on arrival and departure, no need to be waiting on a bus to arrive. The reviews of our other guests are great proofs of the excellent service we offer.

We met some people from montreal as well, they also flew with SunWing. They left two days before us. They waited for the bus for HOURS at the lobby, and it never appeared, so they had to take a cab, for which they were charged $70 usd (they split it with another couple). They almost missed the flight because of that!
Now, when our time came, we brought our luggages to the lobby and went to eat, on the way back to the lobby, to catch the bus, I get a call from the butler, Kamal, and he says “the bus is here where are you?” As soon as I say amazing we’re right here, he immediately starts screaming “oh no oh no the bus just left the gate you missed it”. Once he sees us, he tells us we missed the bus but not to worry, he has a solution for us, there’s a taxi that can take us, only $70 usd. I got skeptical and worried it’s a set up, so I said we’re ok since we missed it we’ll enjoy a bit longer the resort and head later as we still have enough time. To which we were advised not to worry the taxi will stay and wait for us. It was really strange, the taxi man kept staring at us and made another bus driver say no when I asked to hop in with them (another airline going to airport). Anyhow, thank god I have a jamaican friend that lives in montreal now, and through her friend she got us a taxi and we made it safe and on time.
Be careful! This was all a set up! Sunwing is in on it! We asked at the airport if the bus ever came, and were told it did not! They all work together and hustle money out of you. They are rude, they are far from accommodating, it feels like you’re giving them the customer service and not the other way around. Very disappointing!

We used this company for our round trip airport transfers and so glad we did. Our driver, Oshane, met us outside the airport door and we did not have to wait at all. Not only was he an excellent driver, he was very courteous, friendly, and gave us interesting information of the area including local food. Oshane arrived early on our day of departure and greeted us when we walked out of our hotel.

We used them for airport transfers and they were great. I don't like standing around or riding on a large bus once you arrive. The pickup was smooth and quick both arriving and departing. I don't remember the drivers name, but he was friendly and gave us good information about things to do, the island, etc.

We used Jamaica Airport Transfers for both our bus to/from airport and to our excursion to Ocho Rios. I would definitely recommend as they were waiting for us at the airport and right on time for our excursion and ride back to the airport. We had 18 in our group and the bus had plenty of room for us and our luggage. Excel is a hoot, our kids enjoyed learning a lot about the area from him! We will use this exact service when we return to Jamaica!

Jasmine with Amstar (Grand Bahia Principle) in Runaway Bay was absolutely amazing!! She made us so comfortable with booking our Excursion. She above and beyond to assist. She made us feel like family. By the time we were finished with her she was Auntie and until our last day that was her name!!

Mayan was a great host and tour guide and driver for us both from the airport to our hotel and back to the airport. Arrived on time and very professional. He even accomodated us with some stops for groceries and "takeout" food on our way to the hotel, such a nice guy!

Thank you so much for taking us safely to and from Ocho Rios. Your bus Drive was excellent. I believe his name was Exodus. Any way he made our stay in Jamaica a pleasant one. We were pick up from the airport on time and drop off at the airport in record time.
I would drive with him any day.

I booked Jamaica Airport Transfers at first by accident to go from Montegeo Bay to Ocho Rios. Luckily, Martin contacted me two days prior as my flight was coming in from Kingston to adjust the booking, which at the time I felt very helpful. However that's when everything went downhill and fast.
We landed at 8PM, traveling with my family including two children under the ages of 4 and two grandparents over the ages of 75. Our transport was 45 minutes late, but given traffic conditions in Jamaica I can empathize.
But it got worse from there. Anxious about getting to Ocho Rios given how late it was, I GPS'd the route which stated it was about 1.5 hours away. Martin had also informed me that the route to take was a toll road previously. However when I asked our late driver, Michael how long it would be he stated 2.5 hours! At this point I got very anxious, but not aware of the traffic, thought I'd just see how that unfolded. As I made small talk with Michael, I asked if we were going on the toll road, which he gave a non-committal response. As we hit the intersection between the non-toll road and the toll-road, I notice Michael positioning the car for the non-toll road (which I learned is an hour slower, extremely windy and prone to get passengers car sick). I had to scream at him to move back over to the toll road, which he finally relented at the last second after making up excuses of construction and how it was slower.
THESE WERE ALL LIES.
For the rest of the trip, I monitored how he drove with the GPS and several times he almost "missed" turns and I had to re-direct him. And in the end, after getting there in 1.5 hours as I had anticipated, he boldly stated, "Look I save you an hour on the trip" and then had the audacity to linger for a tip. If I had listened to Michael - we would have gotten in close to midnight and with such young kids, this was not acceptable.
It doesn't stop there.
I e-mailed to complain about Michael's dishonest behavior to Martin - and Martin only defended Michael's tardiness, not the fact that Michael tried to take us on an hour longer route so he could pocket the toll fares. When I got on the phone, Martin tried to make excuses for why the toll road may take longer. He also talked about how Michael had a great personality and had glowing reviews on TripAdvisor. It was all crap. I could care less for a great personality when the person is dishonest and trying to take advantage of tourists. We came for a wedding and all the people from Jamaica said both Michael and Martin were lying and just trying to rip us off.
I cancelled my return trip with the company and asked for a refund and Martin then tried to claim he found another company that would take us and he would transfer over our payment to them! I mean the audacity to try to pocket the payment and pretend to be "another company" after my experience is just mind boggling. He claimed we wouldn't be able to find another company that offered child seats (categorically false). After saying absolutely not, he finally refunded me. And I found another transport option that had a child seat that was cheaper and honest and easy to deal with.
I had an absolutely terrible experience and take everything these people tell you with a grain of salt.

We are an authentic company that strongly believe in serving you with excellence. Our clients believe in us because we are reliable and honest. That's why we have received the award for continuous good reviews on tripAdvisor for 4 consecutive years.
It is very unfortunate that Henry had such a terrible experience as he explained. We admitted that the driver was running behind time. In order to ensure that we had the right vehicle to accommodate a family of 6 including children with car and booster seats, we took a 4 hour journey from Montego Bay to Kingston to meet Henry and his family whose flight also arrived a bit earlier than anticipated. Despite circumstances beyond his control that caused the unfortunate delay, we admit that the driver also made unfavorable route decisions at a critical time.
We have apologized to Henry by email and phone. After Henry requested a cancellation for the return trip, like any good business that believe in service, we offered a solution for another company to take Henry and his family. We also offered to give him the contact info for this company of which Henry refused. At his refusal, we immediately refunded his payment, sent him an email and called him to apologize again.
We regret this incident and once again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
