Beautiful falls and fun climb. Depending on the volume of water flowing it can be a relatively easy, or grueling, climb. Fun experience with sense of accomplishment when reaching the top. Too many "vendors" on departure.

The place is gorgeous. Be aware if someone offers to show you around they expect money. Climbing the falls is tough work, but so worth it. Enjoy!

We climbed the falls as a family, my husband and I plus our four kids ages 9-17. Every one of us loved every minute. The guides not only kept us safe, but also made it so fun. We took incredible pictures with our underwater camera....More

An experience to remember as you negotiate the climb. Bring an old pair of runners for this trip, bare feet not recommended.Good family excursion although, not for toddlers.

A cool experience to hike up the falls from the bottom. It's challenging so be prepared and bring water shoes. It's so busy so you are hustling up the falls with hundreds of others. Not a lot of time to enjoy what you are doing...More

My husband is from Jamaica so he grew up going there and told us it’s a must go when we cruised there. It was beautiful and the water was cold and refreshing. It reminded me of Puerto Rico where I’m from. There was a lot...More

My wife and I had been here many years ago (pre-kids), so when we planned a Jamaican vacation we told the kids there would be just 1 mandatory family outing... Was rather disappointed. The group-size well exceeded 25-30 people and we were rushed along at...More

If you every wondered what it must feel like to be a Salmon and swim up-river... wonder no-more, just visit Dunn's River Falls and Park and do it. This is a wonderful, albeit "can get a little crazy and crowded" mini-hike, swim, enjoy a picnic...More

It is $23 per person. Water shoes highly recommended (and is sold) at $10 per person. You can choose to climb on your own or with a guide and a person who takes video and pictures for tips at the end of the climb. They... More

We used a taxi both times we went to the falls. Usually the bus is part of a tour excursion. You can save some money just getting a taxi and climbing the falls on your own. I bet the excursion desk at your hotel could... More
