We went as independent travellers (in rental car) and Firefly was tricky to find. It wasn't even signposted off the main road but. The road up the hill was tricky and needed great care. However, the house is a time capsule and well worth the...More

Absolutely a tucked away treasure. Perhaps on of my favourite visits on ou non resort Jamaican 6 week adventure. The road up can challenge one's skill behind the wheel, but the view from the top tweets ones senses and touches ones' soul.

Staying at GoldenEye gave us the opportunity to visit Firefly. A special birthday picnic was served on the lawn, spectacular views, one of the most beautiful places in Jamaica.

Thank you for responding. We got married there years ago but had the property all day so wasn't sure about closing time. We made the drive and Firefly is open Monday - Thursday and on Saturday from 9am - 5pm.
