Stayed here a night before our cruise and we walked and explored for about 5 hours. Felt safe and everything was fine. Stayed away from dark ally's and that sort of things of course. There are bars and restaurant at all turns. Not the cleanest place but at the same time not the most dirtiest either.

Miramar is, for the most part, a quiet, unassuming neighborhood across the water from Condado. Close to my hotel and nice walk.
