Upon arrival you are greeted & shown to your locker with robe, slippers and shower cap. You personalize your locker code. A tour is given of the facilities which you have use of for the full day. Spa has a steam room , sauna and multi-pressure point showers. There is a quiet room where we both met up and taken to the couples message room. We both like different pressures and types of massage. It is a signature massage for each person and we were both extremely satisfied. Talk about relaxed - If I knew how proficient our therapist were going to be I would have scheduled on day 1 of our vacation. We always get couple massages when we travel. Jelitza Rodriguez was Fantastic!!!! I had an 80 min. Pedicure with the Best Nail Technician, Such a valuable employee . She was a great conversationalist also very hard to find that nowadays and on top of all that she brought me a glass of champagne

This is a beautiful spa with amazing service just like the rest of the hotel! I had a massage with Elena- wonderful! The really nice this is that after your appointment you have access to the spa facilities all day.

What a fantastic spa. Pamela was great. The amenities were great. The Hammam was so incredibly relaxing/refreshing. It was the best bath I’ve ever had. 🤣 Highly recommend for a good spa experience. (ps - I’m a spa snob and really enjoyed this.)
