the office is a little tough to find. it's at pier 2 but i saw no signs identifying pier 2. if you see large cruise ships it's not that pier. it's the one to the left of that. there is a subway. it's to the left of that. no segway signs out. you just have to walk down and then... More

Great tour. For us the instructional time was part of the two hour tour. Still had a lot of time to tour the city. Would certainly recommend.

Having been on a segway before we were pretty excited to see the highlights of San Juan. Our 1 on 1 training consisted of watching a short video for people who just purchased a segway. Jose made it a point to say to another person in the group (1st time on a segway) "didn't you watch the video?" Etc. By... More

We decided to take this tour as an intro to Old San Juan, and it was a blast! We spent about 45 minutes learning and practicing on the Segways, with Jose putting us through the paces in a fairly confined area. As a result, we were ready to take on the challenging terrain around the city. The 45 minute practice... More

The owner of company and tour guide really knows the history and politics of San Juan. This is a great tour and allows you to not have to walk to hills of Old San Juan. This is a must do if you want to see Old San Juan. His office is right at the cruise ship dock. Highly recommend this... More

We really enjoyed the tour and our guide was full of knowledge about his city and country. It was worth visiting Castillo de San Cristobal before we did our tour as this tour takes you into Castillo San del Morro. It helped us understand the way the 2 forts worked to protect the harbour. Great Segway experience with headsets so... More

it was sunny and hot and being on a Segway was better than walking the hills of old san juan. highly recommended for beginners and those that road segways before. guide was super patient. we did the 1 hour and that was enough in the heat. had it been cooler I would recommend the 2 hour. we rec'd a lot... We had a wonderful tour guide who was a Puerto Rican native. He gave us all a short lesson,(because that's all you need~they're easy), on how to ride the segways. The history he knew was incredible. It gave us a better understanding of why the island is the way it is. This was, by far, the best way to tour... More

This was such a fun way to see Old San Juan. Our guide was a great instructor and very knowledgeable about the city. This was my first time on a segway and I was afraid that I would fall. After a few minutes with the instructor, I was completely comfortable. He spent enough time with each person to make sure... More

This was my first time on a segway, and let me tell you, it's super fun and really easy to pick up. I went with my dad, who is in his 60s and he had a great time and was smiling like crazy the whole time. He was telling everybody how much fun he had for a week afterwards! The... More
