During the day is a spectacular landmark, with majestic fountains surrounded with a live portrait of 16th Century Spanish city. At night is the perfect place for a romantic walk with a remarkable view of the Atlantic Ocean.

You can have a nice walk, preferably during the day, have a couple of drinks, buy some local artisan pieces (look for the real local art, there's some Chinese crap hidden around the kiosks), and enjoy some Piraguas. Its not so big, so it will take you 15-30 minutes to see it all.

I have been living in Puerto Rico for over 20 years and I never get tired of going to OSJ. On the weekends they have all the local artists and street performers and the best time to go is after 5 pm very nice crowd of families enjoying the afternoon. At the end you end up at the San Juan... More

On our last night of a 5-night stay in OSJ, my husband and I went to a festival held on the Paseo de la Princesa grounds. Very lively, full of food, laughter and dancing! The atmosphere will definitely draw you in! Make it a stop on your OSJ visit!

Great avenue reminiscent of some of the broad walkways of major European cities. We stopped and ate a delicious meal at El Cafe de la Princesa and then walked through the rest of el Paseo de la Princesa. It is easy, beautiful, romantic and just strolling through is FREE :)

I feel great each and every single time I visit this wonderful historical place. The view is gorgeous and on some occasions there are even festivities held there.
