Our guided food tours include mouth-watering food samples (enough for most to feel full afterwards) showing off the diversity of Puerto Rican "comida criolla" or local cuisine. We are so much more than rice and beans! Come learn our rich history, treasured architecture and hidden off the beaten path restaurants you don't want to miss. Our food tour offerings depart daily (except Mondays).

Puerto Rico was beautiful! However, cruising with Royal Caribbean did not allow much time at port to enjoy fully. But, the tasting tour was a highlight and I enjoyed Denise our guide to the fullest! She was funny, friendly and knowledgeable of her culture and heritage. The food tasting was very good, however, after cruising for days, I was full... More

Food was incredible. Coupled with a mini history lesson as we walked through old San Juan, this tour was well worth the money. Our tour guide Denise was the best

My husband and I booked this tour based on previous reviews. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. We arrived early for the 10:30 tour, so Gabby let us join her 10:00 group. There were a couple of brief rain showers, but she was well prepared with ponchos. She even had bug spray for one of the other participants. We visited 5... More

My husband and I took this tour and had a wonderful time! Luli was our tour guide and she was spectacular! She knew everything about Old San Juan and was super nice! According to our phone app, the tour was about 2,500 steps. We also saw beautiful scenery and tasted wonderful tapas, ceviche, popsicles, coffee, made our own mafungo, and... More

This was a phenomenal tour with Shannon! A perfect mix of history, culture and local food fare. Our first venture out into old San Juan after landing from the states. Shannon's enthusiasm, energy and knowledge was a great introduction to our vacation. The food was delicious, from the croquettes to making our own mofongo and our walking tour very informative.... Our tour guide Gabby was fantastic. Cute, funny, energetic and very knowledgeable about the food, history and culture of old San Juan. We visited 5 spots to sample food and made numerous stops to learn about history and culture. We definitely ended the tour feeling full and satisfied. Children would probably not be interested but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our tour guide Juan was interesting, energetic and attentive to everyone on the tour. 5 stops with a total of 10 tasting in a 3 hour period was perfect in terms of amount of time and food for a filling lunch meal. The tour offers a great introduction to Old San Juan, it's history and architecture. The food choices and... More
