Had a wonderful time. Lila (Rosa) is very hospitable, gave us a brief history of cheese making, helped us to make it, and gave us a tour of her beautiful 300 yr old home. Very nice, enjoyable day!

We thoroughly enjoyed the cheese-making class at Casa Lila. From the beautiful house, the gorgeous views, the history, not to mention the fabulous cheese, it was one of the highlights of our trip. Our 14-year old son had fun too! Definitely worth looking into!

I have tried contacting Casa Lila twice now, and note their website has been down for 2 weeks. We really wanted to go on our trip in April. But no response. Anyone know anything about this tour?

I organized this as a surprise for my wife. There was a scheduling conflict which we were able to work out very easily. It was just the two of us and my wife was beaming the whole time. Highlight of the trip.
