You can see for miles. There is a wonderful breeze as you view the city below. We were with residents of the area so they led the way from town. Might have trouble getting there without them.

We went here after visiting the Serralles castle. Is a great view from the top. You can see the whole city

I only gave this 4 because the windows in the observation area are not super clear. We actually enjoyed the view from the ground more. They sell cokes and beer, it's a nice stop. We did not have time for the museum across the street....More

I was able to drive up the streets easily to find this attraction.They said it was a new place..I am happy I got photo's of Ponce on this trip.There is cost to get to ride the evelevator
