Beautiful beach. Very busy. Fun to swim in the beautiful, calm water and watch the planes land so close. Water is very calm.

One of the great beaches on St Barths that satisfies everyone's wish. Gin clear water, gentle wave action ( good for kids), white sand cool under your feet, and enough restaurants to treat yourself to a good lunch. Not the biggest beach. Divided in two sections with Eden Roc hotel in the middle. Public parking available at the airport end.... More

Not a fan of beaches but very much enjoyed this one. The sand was so smooth and the views were beautiful. Combine the beach experience with lunch at Nikki Beach and you have a perfect shore excursion if you are on a cruise ship. The fare from the pier to the beach was $25 one way.

The sand on St.Jean Beach is very soft and the water is very calm. There is also a gradual decline into the water without and rockie bottoms for sea urchins to hide on. It is located right next to Eden Rock.

This beautiful place on Earth offers picturesque view of sailboats, landing and departing planes, Eden Rock hotel, white sands and paradise tranquility. Walking distance from the airport. If you arrive by boat you can can take a taxi (20 EUR from/to Gustavia Harbor) or if you are willing to walk approx. 40 minutes from the harbor you can do so... More

St. Barts is one of our favorite Caribbean islands. It's beautiful, affluent, hassle-free and has a taste and feel only the French seem to provide. St. Jean Beach is an excellent choice if you're cruising, as we are and have been during our other visits. It is absolutely pristine. The water and sky are as blue as you'll ever see... More

The folks at our hotel recommended the beach to the left of Eden Rock, which we found to be just OK, but we loved the section to the right of Eden Rock. There's natural shade from trees, and the water is calmer - beautiful, delightful!
