A quiet little village with friendly locals and excellent views!

If it's nightclubs and all night parties you want then you definitely won't find it in Choiseul but I absolutely adore the quaintness and beauty of the place; there are some truly gorgeous views to be seen and the people are so friendly. It's almost as if it hasn't been touched by 21st century consumerism and capitalism. Definitely the place to go if you want to see the real st Lucia and want to absorb yourself into the culture. It's exceptionally peaceful with many of the elderly locals working on the farms. waking up to the sounds of birds and the whispering trees is enough to make me forget about the noise and pollution of The rest of the world!!

peaceful quaint village

i went here a few times. the fishermen cut up the fish and sell it on the wharf.very pretty village.the church is absolutely amazing. friendly caretaker came out to talk to us and tell us some history of the church.

Long village

This is the longest village on the island, our excursion took us through here but there did not seem to be much else of note here.

Simple but attractive village

It is not on the top list of sites on St.Lucia, but if you have an eye on it, it is certainly nice to walk around the sleeping little town of Choiseul. There are some good art shops nearby this village.
