We had a cruise stop in St Lucia, booked a morning on the yacht for sailing adventure. best excursion ever, the other folks never showed up due to chance of rain. All the better for us, we had a brilliant morning just wo of us and got some real hands on experience. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a completely different adventure from a booze cruise, be ready to work, not to hard but lots of fun.
Vicky and staff were wonderful, i cannot express my complete delight with this experience.

I went on this trip with my daughter.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and learned a little bit about sailing (never been on a racing yacht before), with the most important rule being......do not lose the winch handle!
Found steering the vessel (probably not the correct term) much harder than it looks. I would describe it as driving a car with a rubber steering wheel and rubber suspension.
We were also lucky in the respect that only two of us signed up for the trip,so we got to do far more than we would if there had been eight people.
Final top tip, don't forget the sun tan lotion.

Four fifty-something first time sailors thought this was the best introduction to the sport they could have ever wished for. Vicky and her first-mate Jarvis were patient and provided outstanding instruction. We all took the helm, tacked and shouted "Ready About".

A wonderful morning in an amazing country. St. Lucia is the best.

A thoroughly enjoyable morning’s sail with Vicky and first mate Kevin. We had 6 guests on board which was fine. This is well suited for those with and without experience as Vicky was excellent in explaining what was involved and what would happen at each stage. Everyone gets to be as involved as they like- there is no pressure either way

Vicky and crewmate Curtney were friendly and relaxed on this half-day (3hr) session. Their guidance on what to do and when was a great introduction to sailing a large, multi-sail yacht. We spent the hours tacking back and forth across Rodney Bay, taking turns at the helm, and all four guests playing their part in the turns. Vicky's experience is evident, both in sailing and in making guests feel comfortable onboard, adapting her approach to the sailing experience of the guests. Whether you're looking for a refresher or an introduction, this great half-day to do.

Enjoyed a hands-on sailing afternoon. This was a cruise ship excursion, and was a blast for everyone. Capt'n Vicky was confident and gave the entire trip a good sense of safety. Would do this again in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10 stars.

Took a full-day sailing trip with CAPT Vicky and her crew mate on 9 Feb. My wife and I happened to be the only passengers that day. I use the term “passengers” loosely as we wanted to get as much hands on sailing as possible — Vicky was happy to accommodate. She provided expert instruction on the basics of working the rigging and manning the helm. We had virtually no sailing experience but Vicky very patiently coached us through everything.

Weather was pretty sporty with lots of wind from the north. Encountered a brief squall on the way down and some rougher seas on the return which allowed for extra tacking practice. Really added to the adventure!

In between, we stopped in beautiful Marigot bay for a picnic lunch provided by Vicki.

If you aspire to really sail the Caribbean, not just motor along on a party catamaran, this trip for you. We had a blast! It was the highlight of our St. Lucia trip!

Vicki is a very congenial and knowledgeable host and educator. She keeps it fun and involves you in the sailing duties as much or a little as you desire. We learned a ton. Beautiful sailboat. Could not have been a better experience for us. We did a similar sailboat last year but this experience was more advanced and exciting. So perfect for us. Enjoy your ride! -Bill and Beth

Vicky and her crew were amazing. She taught us about sailing and allowed us to get involved and sail the ship, hoist the sails and even take the helm.(your choice to participate or not). There is nothing like the thrill of sailing with the wind thrusting you thru the water and riding out the pull and turning of the boat. Absolutely a fun and exciting experience,

We had a blast sailing with Captain Vicki on the west side of St Lucia. By far the best sailing experience we have had.

We learned the basics and experienced the awesome Caribbean wind.

Highly recommended. Everything we wanted from a sailing trip. Not crowded, minimal motoring, lots of wind and sails up.
