Fantastic experience never been diving before instructors where brilliant (anthony)clear instuctions scenery was first class me and my son enjoyed the whole experience of under water sea life can't wait to do it again.

No swimming necessary, you are walking on the bottom of the ocean the whole time. Your movements feel a lot slower down there which can be disorienting but there's no actual swimming needed for this activity!
