Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I want to recomment this one store is the JQ mall on the second floor. Artfully Crafted Island Craft Plus. I had a cotton dress painted with blue flowers on here and asked if he could personilize it on the back with my name and the words St Lucia 2016 and he did. Took my order and returned for it three days later. What a great souvenier.

Good shopping area. Make sure to bring your passport to get the best deals while shopping at the duty free areas. Plenty of items to choose from. The grocery store carries American, British, and Venezuelan products, as well as local items - though they are not inexpensive.

There are a couple touristy type shops in here - with interesting beach / hot weather clothing. Upstairs has lots of duty free items. Free parking in the multi story car park, and dentist doctors offices seem to be nearby (based on signs too).

You can find everything in this shopping area - restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, supermarket, clothing, footwear, jewellery. it's a very pleasant, safe, friendly area. spend the day or just run in quickly and grab what you need.

Now I'm starting to think JQ mall is better than Baywalk again. There are far more stores that are far more affordable overall. JQ is more of a one stop shop. If you're here, check out skin science for makeup. Also, check out peppers for games and toys. There are also nice cafés outside where you can get food and the food court serves nice, healthy local food at a good price.

We stayed at The Sandals Grande & decided to get away for a little bit. There wasn't much to see but we did find some good deals on some gifts. If you have time visit a few stores to price things before you buy. They all have similar things and prices vary a lot.

There were some really unique stores, as well as your traditional clothing stores back in the US. We found many of our gifts for friends/family during this shopping trip to these stores. Would recommend if you're looking to do some duty free shopping on your visit to St. Lucia / Rodney Bay area.

From past reviews I thought there were more food places than they actually have. There are like 4 food stalls. We went there in the evening so only one place was open with little option so we did not taste the food. Will go back earlier next time

There really isn't much here but the supermarket grocery store is great especially when you are tired of restaurant food and just want a good feed of fruit or some simple snacks. Other shops include clothing store, variety store, bank and postoffice.

We rented a car and drove up here from a resort in Vieux Fort (southern part of island). A variety of shops, but we did not buy anything. Prices at the resort's gift shop were better than any shop here.

I'm not sure how much shopping there actually is in St. Lucia even though it is a cruise stop. This "mall" had several local shops with the same stuff you see everywhere. Closes early.
