Majestic taxi and tours went over and above to provide excellent customer service. We made a last minute request for a rental, which was delivered to our Airbnb the next day. Then, we were able to use the taxi service for transport to and from the ferry in Castries. It's been by far the best experience renting a car in the Caribbean. Rates and drivers were great. Highly recommend for all your transportation needs.

Jason St. Hill was our driver for almost the entire trip and he was phenomenal. Always on time, super polite and an a great person to talk to. He not only took us everywhere we wanted to go but showed us both local and tourist St. Lucia while we were there. He makes sure you are and feel safe no matter what. The trip we took to St. Lucia was phenomenal and Jason was a huge part of that.

We used their services for airport transfer, as well as to and from the Gros Piton hike, and to go into town. Our driver was on time, friendly, and helpful with local suggestions, even stopping to find us some of the best local food we had on the island! We felt safe and comfortable with the driver and vehicle. He was on time for pickup and waiting for us when we finished the hike. Highly recommend!

These people are great! They are honest, hardworking, on time and take care of everything. Jason and Brighton are trustworthy and go out of their way to ensure that you visit is filled with beautiful memories.

On my recent trip to st lucia I was looking for a prestige,professional and reliable transfer company so I selected majestic tours and taxi - there were options to pick from so I opted for the LUXURY TRANSFER ... what can I say it was indeed a luxury!! My driver was shawn who - smart dressed , warm greeting and smiles - the car was lush , clean, nice interior and of course the welcome champagne and truffles whats a better way to start your holiday. The luxury transfer is a little more expensive BUT 100% worth it and a TOP CLASS experience. I am due to travel again next month and have re- booked again

There is a reason you meet people and we were very fortunate to meet someone like Brighton while staying at FonDoux resort in ST Lucia.
He was friendly/responsive and always on time.
We also used his service to twke us to the famous Friday night Gros Islet Street party and he was fantastic.

Majestic Taxi and Tour was great! We had considered renting a car, but with the narrow roads and left side driving, I'm glad we used taxi's instead. We stayed at the Fond Doux Eco Resort and used Majestic Taxi and Tour service exclusively during our trip. Our driver, Bryton, was amazing! He was always on time for pick up, and seemed to have a supernatural ability to predict where and when our excursions would end. He was always right there waiting for us - even when the excursion ended in a different place than it started. We also enjoyed Bryton's company. We were traveling as a family and my children were always glad to see him.

The most reliable cab service on the island by far! I have used Shawn’ cars multiple times as I frequently travel to and from the U.K. and St Lucia, I have recommended him to friends also. He is super efficient at responding to calls and his drivers are all reliable, progressional and experienced. I would highly recommend this service!

Amazing service from Sean as always!!!! I’ve been coming to St. Lucia for the last 7 years. Sean was originally my butler at Sugar Beach and provided outstanding service then. When he told me he was going off on his own, I couldn’t be more pleased. He is all about making the customer happy and gave a great experience!
He is extremely reliable and professional along with the rest of his team. Majestic is definitely the way to go when visiting St. Lucia. You will not be disappointed!!
Sean has a true love for the island, and it shows in the experience you get when using Majestic!!

Thank you for your review. We added car rentals to our list of services provided since we realized that some people enjoy the freedom of not having to schedule when they get to go to where (beaches, waterfalls etc). We are happy that you were satisfied with our service. 😊
