Do not lose time at Anse Chastanet and walk directly from there to this enjoyable beach that seems to belong to Jade Mountain resort. The grill restaurant on the beach serves nice burgers. The beach as black and white sands, offer good snorkeling and is very...More

Unfortunately the price of good reviews on trip advisor, we found this beach not "secluded" with a steady stream of people arriving from Anse Chastenet. Still not as crowded as AC but you need to arrive early to stake out the best shaded spots if...More

This beach is only a 10-minute walk on a dirt road from Anse Chastenet. The walk is flat and suitable for children and those a little less sure of foot. The beach is a beautiful, fine dark sand shaded by palms and other vegetation. The...More

We hiked from Soufriere town through Anse Chastanet beach and on to Anse Mamin (took about 45 mins). For $55 you can rent a comfy beach chair with an umbrella, includes a welcome drink, water and beach towel for the day. So worth it! The...More

Trekked over to Anse Mamin beach while staying at Jade Mountain. Walk is only about 10 minutes from Anse Chastenet. Probably only saw about 10 people that day and enjoyed some drinks and time on the beach. Very nice setting. Worth the walk over.

We took the locals' advice and walked past Anse Chastain and went to this beach. Wow, this is what you visualize as paradise. Sandy beach, palm trees, calm waters, and excellent food and drinks brought to your beach chair. Snorkel by the 2 rocks that...More

As stated by other reviewers, Anse Mami, nicknamed "Honeymoon Beach", is a beautiful slice of paradise. It's a short, flat walk from Anse Chastenet Beach, and much quieter and serene than either Anse Chastenet or Sugar Beach. The grill has fabulous burgers, fried plantains, and...More

The Jungle biking company at Anse Mamin are separate to the resort. They have changing rooms, lockers etc. The riding is fun, quite easy (unless you take on the 'Olympic run') and educational.

No guide needed as it's a fairly small area. The road access to the Anse Mamin (AM) area gets you within 10 minutes of the AM beach and the 10 minute walk is easy - so yes, there is road access close enough. The road is... More
