In the shallow areas be sure to keep your eyes open for peacock flounders, octopus, needle fish and turtles. Or drop down a little deeper over dense coral growth to see puffers, moray eels, parrot fish, lobsters and even sea horses. The Anse Chastanet Reef is a unique dive site for all abilities and is especially good for macro photography.

Just returned from a group trip to St. Lucia, Anse Chastanet / Jade Mountain. Always one of my favorite trips. Scuba St. Lucia always does a great job, with a primary focus on safety and service. They understand the divers capabilities and desires and select sites to accommodate. The dives are easy (no "reverse drift dives") and relaxing. Several great... More

Beautiful coral and fish. Clear waters and great instructors. Secluded area with gorgeous beach front. Also, there is a great hidden burger tent if you walk down the beach a bit. (Locals can tell you where)

We spent last week on the volcanic island of St. Lucia with a group of 30 people organized by my favorite dive retailer Divers Direct/Ocean Divers. The island's early volcanic activity gave St. Lucia three distinct mountain features. St. Lucia's most noted and pictured feature are the twin pitons located on the southwestern side of the island. The highest point... More

Personnel is not kind at all. Casual tourist willing to snorkel are considered second class tourist. Employees and manager seem to unlike you being a customer. I really had a bad experience. They seem to dislike your purchase. It never happened to me.

My husband and I are very experienced divers and have been to several exotic dive meccas around the world. We were recently at Anse Chastenet with Kids Sea Camp on a family vacation to give our grandsons some underwater experience. We were also traveling with a brand new diver who did her open water dives while we were there and... More

Having just become a certified diver I was nervous about my first dive in the ocean . Initially booking onto the check shore dive I had the fortune to meet the manager of adventure sports for Anse chastanet and Jade mountain , Charlotte. Although nearly twenty years my junior she had an almost ethereal calmness that immediately put me at... More

We stayed at beach level at Anse Chastanet for 11 nights late May-early June 2016. Snorkeled Scuba St. Lucia's boat snorkel trips almost every day (sometimes twice a day) and 3 incredible night snorkels directly off the Anse Chastanet beach. I/we always had a really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable snorkel guide and only a small group of snorkelers (sometimes just me,... More

Scuba St Lucia is located on a beautiful beach via a 2 mile challenging access road. It's worth the drive to have easy access to premier dive sites around the Pitons. The dive operation is best suited to experienced divers who have their own gear or like to set up and manage the rental gear themselves. The dive operation does... More
