This beach, down a very hazardous road (think flat tire), was pretty busy during a mid-week day. Granted, it was February which is the high season, but one visit was enough for me. The far end is much less crowded as it has a more rocky water entry. It does have some snorkeling, though very unimpressive if you've been to... More

This beach is very pretty. The waves are a little rough for the Caribbean. There is a stand with a guy who serves food and drink. He's rude and disorganized. And oddly many people were indulging his rudeness...profusely thanking him and being overly nice. It's a very weird thing that goes on there. We waited at least an hour and... More

The road getting to Smuggler's Cove was bad, be careful if you have a rental car. The beach is worth the drive, quiet, no waves, very relaxing.

Smuggler's has a long beach with plenty of sun and shade. We went based on a recommendation for good snorkeling but found it to be only average. There is good opportunity to find shells among the rocks along the end of the cove. All in all a nice spot to spend the afternoon.

We spent several days on this beach -- we didn't snorkel, but saw many people out there. It's nice that there is Nigels to get a delicious painkiller drink and maybe a sandwich.

Warm sandy beaches with a lovely warm sea. Very clean with friendly locals. Well worth a visit just for the views alone. Amazing place on earth !

Nygil's hot dog and hospitality coupled with calm water and white sand made this one of most visited beaches during our too short stay.

Great swimming beach. Lots of shade. Sandy bottom, warm, clear, calm water. No fancy amenities. Just a port a potty. And nigel's beach bar. Bare bones but awesome. Great drinks and fabulous lunch- try the shrimp and rice. Chairs available for rent.

This beach is beautiful. My family and I spent most of the entire day here. There is a hidden little restaurant/bar called Nigel's. The food takes a bit of time as it's a one man show but everything Nigel cooked tasted great! Hermit crabs run around his bar along with the local roosters and cats. There is decent snorkeling reef... More

If you come to Tortola, you must come to this beach. This was our last day, and we should have come here every day. The sand is so soft and the water pristine. Be careful, as our GPS routed us the LONG way there and thank God we had our 4 wheel drive. Coming back to Sebastian's we passed a... More
