I loved snorkeling at Brewers Bay the most of all the places we swam. It had a lot of interesting rocks, coral and fish. There were no mooring balls in the area, which was inconvenient, but worth the trouble of anchoring.

Spent part of a day here hoping to snorkel and do a little paddle boarding. Unfortunately, a rain storm was brewing and the sea was too rough for either. The beach is nice, quiet and has plenty of shaded areas if you need a break from the sun. There's a bar/restaurant "Nicole's" , I believe close by. If not for... More

Nice spot to get a first dive in, shallow. Very quite and pretty beach, out of the way and off the beaten path.

Nice beach with a couple restaurants - some shade and not too busy. Snorkelling can be good. Unfortunately one day when we were there last week, I lost my wedding band - titanium with a walnut inlay. Has RDM July 16/16 engraved on the inside. Not expensive, but obviously quite sentimental. Long shot, but if anyone finds it .. Would... More

Decided to give Brewers bay a try while visiting Tortola by cruise ship, every other time we had been to the beautiful Cane Garden bay but fancied some snorkelling. We got off the ship early and shared a taxi with another couple for $8 per person each way. We were so glad we went there. We hired sunbeds for $5,... More

Beach was dirty...chairs filthy and some broken, bathrooms nasty. We told driver we needed a beach with umbrellas for SURE...he said they had them...dropped us off...NO umbrellas, had to sit back in trees.

Return visit to Brewers bay. Arrived early. Picture post card view. Other beach lovers arrived. Sun beds available with plenty of trees for shade. Waves a little rough this time but did not spoil the fun. Pelicans diving and swooping for fish into the waves. Lovely sand and a stroll around the bay enjoyable. Beach bar, rum punch and cooked... My family and I chose this beach on the fly, leaving the cruise ship. Our cab driver was fun and informative. The beach is lovely, covered w smooth stones. The water was the perfect temp and great for boogie boarding, not snorkeling 👎🏼, but the kids had fun. There is limited food/drink that we found, but may have not seen... More

We took Timothy's Tour from Road Town....we learned so much about Tortola & the ride up the mountain with the hairpin turns was so fun...we stopped at the Mountaintop which has a fantastic view of the harbor & you can shop and try the local rum. Then he took us to Brewers Bay where we swam and then took a... More

This beach is a bit of a crazy drive to get to with the hills and hairpin turns but so worth it. We came to Tortola on a cruise so we took the local bus to get to the beach. It was absolutely gorgeous!!
