We have four full-service scuba centers, two on Tortola, and one each on Cooper Island and Norman Island. My boyfriend and I did our Open Water course from Cooper Island with James as our instructor. James gave us the best possible introduction to diving keeping the experience feeling safe and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This fits that bill. Again book through the excursions desk. It may cost 10-20% more than directly booking with this vendor, but it will allow for itinerary changes and transport to and from the vendor.
