We have four full-service scuba centers, two on Tortola, and one each on Cooper Island and Norman Island. PADI 5 star certified, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly staff, multiple locations to switch out air tanks, rent gear or arrange a rendezvous with equipment and dive guide included. Pricing is very reasonable. Quick to respond and highly recommended!

This fits that bill. Again book through the excursions desk. It may cost 10-20% more than directly booking with this vendor, but it will allow for itinerary changes and transport to and from the vendor.
