This was my first trip to Virgin Gorda & the plan was: few plans & lots of chill time. One person in our group really wanted to JetSki, and the rest of us decided to join. We ended up renting 4 jet skis since some of us had the need for speed while others preferred to tour nearby islands.
Trevor was thorough in his explanation of the do’s/don’ts for safety & respecting the reefs. He helped us orient ourselves with a little quiz(I failed) which made navigating the open waters effortless. Trevor also suggested the best places to spot sea turtles since I’m obsessed. He picked a great spot since everyone, but me, seemed to see one. Guess I’ll have to go back.
This was our favorite experience on a trip that had many highs. Definitely make the time!

Awesome day out exploring North Sound in a rental dinghy from Blue Rush. There were 5 of us. 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Trevor and Jay were great. Very attentive and safety conscious. Bitter End and Saba Rock were the highlights. Super fun day - we will definitely do this again.

Our family of nine took a Jet Ski tour with Jadiel and had a fantastic time! We also rented a couple of SUPs and a kayak the next day that Jadiel delivered to Savannah Bay for us. Communication (before, during, and after) was top notch and Jadiel was a great tour guide. All of the equipment was in mint condition. We loved being out on the water and would recommend this to anyone visiting Virgin Gorda.

5/5 definitely recommend. If you are in Virgin Gorda and are looking for somewhere to do motorized water sports (or water sports in general!) this is the place. The two guys that run the place are nice and chill, they make sure to not send you off without knowing where you can and cannot go, and give you an orientation and explain their rules before you ride. I did the jet ski free ride and I recommend an hour if that’s what you plan on doing because it takes the first half an hour just to get a good feel for the jet ski before you can really have some fun, but 30 min is perfect for taking out the younger ones.
Last but not least, reaching them to try and book may be a little complicated because the “book now” button on their website is broken, but fear not because you can just give ‘em a call and ask all the questions you want about any specific thing they offer. (If booking something it’s recommended you call them at least a day in advance to be guaranteed a spot.)
In conclusion, I highly recommend Blue Rush water sports as somewhere to go when looking for fun on the island. Now get out on the water!

Absolutely fantastic company and team - Superior service and exceedingly friendly. There are a handful of boat rental companies on Virgin Gorda, but most are usually not helpful. Nobody is friendly like J-Dog and nobody will bend over backward to enable your dream vacation day. Safe, secure, confidence inducing - These guys enabled the best day of our vacation. They helped us out with a dinghy rental which enabled us to explore both sides of Prickly Pear island (including the deserted beach), BEYC, Saba Rock, etc. J-Dog was the friendliest guy ever. He told us all the spots to explore, gave us a cooler full of ice, beach chairs, etc. We will definitely come back. Do yourself a favor and rent from Blue Rush!

If you’re looking for a dinghy rental to explore North Sound, Virgin Gorda, look no further than Blue Rush Watersports!
We were having a predominantly land-based holiday in the BVI rather than chartering a yacht as usual, but wanted to explore some of our favourite spots around Virgin Gorda’s North Sound including Saba Rock, Bitter End and the fantastic swimming/beach at Vixen Point on Prickly Pear island.
The problem - we needed a dinghy to get us out there on the water!
The solution - this was found by speaking first with Trevor and then Jadiel at Blue Rush Watersports right on the waterfront at Leverick Bay - what amazing guys they are with a ‘can do’ attitude and ability to think on their feet, renting out their 15HP dinghy to us for the afternoon. When we wanted to do the same again a few days later the dinghy we’d previously used was already taken, but Jadiel quickly sourced another one for us and we were good to go again! (I should add that renting one of the immaculate jet-skis would also have been alternative option, but we wanted the flexibility to go slightly outside the jet skis’ permitted area and so a dinghy was a better option for us).
And, when we wanted to try out the newly-opened North Sound Bistro at Blunder Bay (great food, but only accessible by boat), Jadiel kindly offered to leave a kill switch in a dinghy for us so that we could shuttle ourselves over to the restaurant and back again at our leisure during the evening.
What super customer service and genuinely nice guys to do business with. If you’re in the vicinity of Leverick Bay/North Sound and looking for things to do in the water, just head over to Blue Rush Watersports - they’ll make things happen and make your day in the BVI even better than it was already.

Hello, not at the moment! Sorry about that!
Can a 7 year old ride as a passenger with an adult driver?

Virgin Gorda
Thanks for your question Kellie.
A 7 year old can be a passenger provided that:
- he's tall enough to fit both feet in the side wells of the jetski, and
- the water conditions are safe enough for younger passengers.
Please feel free to email us for further inquiries.
Regards,
Josh

Would like to know if you have jet ski that seats two people on ride? what is your age limit. Are you close to where cruise ship ports? what are your fees and in the month of May?

We are coming into Tortola on NCL in March. Is there any way to get to Virgin Gorda and your marina from our ship to rent jet-skis? What are your rates for 4 singles? Is it possible to get to the Baths by jet ski? Thank you for your kind response!
