By far one of our favorite public beaches to go to. The water is perfect & my teenagers were able to jump off the rocks into he ocean.

We stayed a mile away and swam here every morning. Saw at least 12 kinds of fish including cuddlefish(squid). Picnic tables, a restroom, and clean sand. Dogs love to swim here too plus of course the ever present roosters.

Anyone visiting Grand Cayman is NUTS if they don't take time to visit Smith Cove. What a Treasure! The Snorkeling is great, warm friendly people and the view can't be beat.

This was an amazing snorkel spot early in our trip. We saw so many fish. We went back a few days later and the water was so stirred up we couldn't see our feet.

I hate to even comment on this place because the fewer people who know about it, the better. Some of the best snorkeling me and my husband did while in Cayman. It's a local spot for families on the weekend and get pretty crowded when...More

We discovered this spot after renting a scooter and driving around the island while on a cruise. We were on our way to a restaurant and noticed this great spot where people were swimming. It was GORGEOUS! On the way back, we just had to...More

We went on a windy day and waves were stirring up the water so snorkeling was not very good, too blurry underwater and poor visibility, really nice little spot though

Yes most definitely but if you don’t mind a nice walk it’s not that far. A mile and a half or so.
